THURSDAY - JUNE 20, 2019
o Golf Tournament – 8 a.m. check in – Herman Purnell (443-235-5864)
o 2:00 PM - Golf Luncheon - Cold cuts, salads, chips, etc.
o 5:00 – 7:00 PM – Registration of Delegates & Guests
o 5:00 – 7:00 PM – Dinner will be served in the Social Room, Menu TBD
o Aerie Caucus 7:00 PM
o Auxiliary Nominating Committee 7:00 PM
o Eagles Trivia Night
FRIDAY OPENING - JUNE 21, 2019
o Social Room opens at 7:30 AM for breakfast – Breakfast buffet $7.00 per person (AYCE) 7:30 – 9:00 AM
o Joint Opening Ceremony 10:00 AM
o Presentation of Colors,
o Following joint opening the Aerie & Auxiliary will convene to their respective meetings
o Memorial practice after meeting
o Lunch provided free to registered persons. $5.00 to non-registered persons
Goulash & Garlic Bread
o Dinner – Full kitchen open and Johnny’s Seafood
(Steamed Crabs, Corn on the cob, Hushpuppies, & Coleslaw or Oyster Fritter Sandwhich)
o 6:00 – 7:00 PM Open bar paid for by State Aerie Trustees (free to registered guests),
To be held in the Banquet Room
o State President’s Night – 7:00 PM - Till
o 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM Karaoke / DJ

o 6:00 PM - Banquet: free to delegates; non-registered persons $25 – includes meal, and Dance
